Professional sellers can issue invoices and delivery notes directly to their buyers via eGun. The entry point is My Customers.

The customer list

The list shows all members who have purchased from you in the last 90 days – with the number of items and the total. Tapping on an entry opens the customer view.

Customer view

There you will find this customer's stored purchases (item number, title, purchase date, price, shipping status) as well as all invoices you have already issued to them. You can open each invoice or download it as a PDF and mark it as "Paid" or "Open" once the payment has been received.

Create invoice

Click on "Create Invoice" to open the form. At the top, you'll see the unsold sales for this customer – you can select one by clicking it and adding it to the line items list, instead of typing in the number, price, and description. Additional lines (such as shipping costs or a credit note) can be entered as manual line items.

The recipient and address are taken from the buyer's data stored in eGun. The invoice date is set to today by default but can be changed. The three footer fields are filled in once with your company and bank details; they appear at the bottom of each invoice.

Whether VAT is shown depends on your settings under Settings. As a small business owner, uncheck the box there – then no tax will appear on the invoice.

Delivery note

For each transaction, you can also create a delivery note and issue it as a PDF – practical when sending the goods in the package without an invoice.

Important to know

eGun provides you with the tool but is not a contracting party to your customer: You are responsible for the content and accuracy of your invoices. Completed sales remain in the system for a limited time only – so issue invoices promptly. The invoices that eGun provides you for sales fees can be found separately under Accounting.
